Are You Stuck in Survival Mode?
Your body is naturally equipped with defense mechanisms that fulfill the purpose of protecting you from harm. These mechanisms, such as your autonomic nervous system and your vagus nerve, are responsible for identifying potential dangers within your environment and initiating appropriate bodily reactions to help you respond to that danger.
These systems are incredibly intuitive and complex, flowing throughout your body in what neurologists and psychologists are calling the “mind-body highway.”
This highway sends information about your environment and your emotions from your body to your brain, and from your brain to your body. This continuous exchange of information determines many of your day-to-day functions ranging from your ability to focus on a task at work, to how comfortable you may feel in a social environment, to how you respond to your loved ones in your relationships, to how deeply you rest in the evenings.

The state of your mind-body highway has a direct influence on how you experience and respond to life.
If you’ve experienced deeply profound childhood pain, generational traumas and cycles, significant feelings of self-loathing, social out-casting and/or neglect, and sensations of isolation, your mind-body connection may be in a state of dysregulation and unease.
Your mind-body highway’s purpose is to protect you from potential dangers by examining your environment, creating the appropriate reactions for you to respond to that danger, and then assisting you in calming down once the threat has passed. However, once you’ve experienced wounding - any event that profoundly alters the way you perceive and react to yourself, your environments, and your relationships - this process can become dysregulated if you never take the intentional time to acknowledge the emotions felt during that event. If you never allow yourself the space to recover and ‘calm down’ from the experience, your mind-body highway may remain in a state of heightened alertness, always detecting and responding to potential threats - even when there isn’t one.
This state of heightened alertness is especially more likely if your first experience with profound wounding was in childhood or adolescence. You may have grown up with, and learned to normalize, your body’s signs of dysregulation.

Healing Through the Breath is an intensive 3-month journey that utilizes a fusion of breathwork, meditation, and Holistic Coaching to help you shift out of survival mode into sustained healing + thriving.
Breathwork is an ancient, activating healing modality that helps bring your mind-body-soul back into alignment. During breathwork, you are actively tuning into and exploring the sensations of your body, the emotions of your heart, and the thoughts of your mind. As the breath consciously enters and exits your body, profound changes are occurring on the psycho-physiological level - such as alkalosis (the pH of your body shifting into an alkaline state) and increased activity in the amygdala (the brain’s center of memory and emotions) - which can allow you the much needed opportunity to feel your emotions and process them in a safe environment.
Meditation is also an ancient holistic practice that facilitates expanded self-awareness, mindfulness, clarity, and inner peace. Meditation after breathwork supports you in returning to the present moment after your journey and gaining greater clarity around your emotions and thoughts post-session.
Holistic Coaching maximizes your potential by ensuring your mind-body-soul are in alignment as you connect with your emotions, authentic desires, and create aligned action steps to achieve those desires. The answers you seek are already within you - you are already whole - and Holistic Coaching creates a safe, empowering environment for those answers to clearly come to the surface. Holistic Coaching after breathwork supports you in integrating the insights, intentions, and emotions that came up for you during the experience so that you can take intentional action towards your healing + wellness goals.

The Program

1:1 Intensive
✧ 1 Opening Initial Strategy Session - we’ll begin the program with an Initial Strategy Session where we’ll identify what’s holding you back from mind-body-soul alignment, get clear about your desires and goals for enrolling in the program, plan our weekly sessions, and go over program details and expectations.
✧ 8 Breathwork Healing Sessions - each week we’ll meet for 90-minutes for breathwork and Holistic Coaching. The focus of each session will be in service to achieving your healing goals. After a check in and intention setting, you’ll be intuitively guided through a breathwork technique for about 30 minutes. The remainder of our time will be coaching, which will support you in integrating your breathwork experience.
✧ 4 Quantum Channeling Sessions - we’ll meet once a month to open a sacred container to receive insights + wisdom from spirit guides, ancestors, and Source for your healing and wellbeing.
✧ Building a Breathwork Practice - after every Healing Session, you’ll be recommended a breathwork technique to practice daily in-between sessions. This will enable you to begin cultivating a personal breathwork practice that can be continued once the program is completed.
✧ Personal support and accountability - throughout the program, I will be your accountability partner to ensure you’re safely, consciously, and lovingly moving through the insights that come up for you. Self-compassion is integral to the healing process and it is my responsibility as your guide to assist you in cultivating loving awareness for yourself even as you experience uncomfortable realizations and/or emotions.

Group Sessions
✧ 1 Opening Connection Session - during this initial session, we’ll open our sacred container by learning about one another, discussing the program details, and getting clear about our goals for the program.
✧ 8 Group Breathwork Sessions - each week we’ll come together for 90-minutes to explore a central topic, breathe together, and then hold space for one another to integrate the breathwork experience by sharing our insights and learnings.
✧ 4 Group Quantum Channeling Sessions - we’ll meet once a month to open a sacred container to receive insights + wisdom from spirit guides, ancestors, and Source for the highest wellbeing of the group.
✧ Whatsapp Group Chat - we’ll stay in continuous connection with one another to deepen our relationships, share our experiences, and support and encourage one another over the course of the program.
✧ Building a Personal Breathwork Practice - you’ll be recommended a different breathing technique to practice in-between group sessions. This will enable you to begin cultivating a personal breathwork practice that can be continued once the program is completed.
✧ Cultivating Sacred Community - build meaningful relationships with like-spirited individuals that are centered on personal development and healing.

I believe that taking a deep, conscious breath is the gateway to experiencing profound healing.
I’ve experienced the power of breathwork in my personal healing journey, from how soothing a practice can be for an overactive mind to how supportive a practice can be in releasing painful emotions. Connecting with the breath has become my favorite wellbeing modality, as it activates awareness on a mind-body-soul level.
It was actually during a breathwork session that the details of this program came through for me, and the mission was crystal clear - create a supportive and safe environment for individuals who are ready to heal (you!) to do the deep work.
The mission of all that I do is to facilitate the open space for you to access the inner healer within you, to activate you on a mind-body-soul level to maximize your potential, to help you tune out the noise of the world so you can hear the messages of your heart with clarity, and to empower you to confidently embody your authentic self in all areas of your life.
My purpose as your guide is to help you become the conscious, healthy, and empowered individual you’re here to be.
